Runspire Nottingham's Walk to Jog Program

Ready to kickstart your fitness journey? Our 4-week Walk to Jog program is the perfect way to transition from walking to jogging, helping you build confidence and fitness at your own pace. This course is designed to prepare you for the Couch to 5K program in the new year.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 4 weeks (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

  • Start Date: Tuesday, 12th November

  • Time: 6:00 pm

  • Location: Ken Martin Leisure Centre

  • Cost: £15 (includes a medal and graduation certificate)
